Welcome and onboarding

Within a day of signing, you'll receive a welcome email, a short onboarding form and access to a shared space for your project. We ask for the logins and details we need once, so you're not chased for them later.

Strategy and mapping

We start by mapping your client journey from first click to final session. You'll see exactly what we're building and why, and nothing gets built until you're happy with the plan.

The build

This is where we disappear into the work. We build your systems around the tools you already use where possible, test every step and share progress along the way, so there are no surprises.

Launch and handover

Before anything goes live, we test it end to end. Then we walk you through how it all works, record the walkthrough so you can rewatch it anytime, and make sure you feel confident running it.

After launch
